Billy Thomas Harris III

Billy T. Harris III is an attorney with Litvak Beasley Wilson and Ball, LLP who joined the firm in June of 2023. His practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, business formation and transactions, real estate, intellectual property, contracts, labor and employment, and all aspects of probate and estate planning.

Billy received his law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida. During his time in law school, Billy was a member of the Dean’s List, held the role of President of the Florida Student Bar Association, and was a participant in the Cumberland Innocence Clinic: a program where students investigate Alabama convictions and act as counsel for and assist inmates who are indigent and believed to be factually innocent or wrongfully convicted.

When he is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and being outdoors.
