Biography

Amy G. Piedmont is an attorney with Litvak Beasley Wilson and Ball, LLP whose practice focuses on business formation, business transactions, real estate and contracts and all aspects of estate planning including Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Revocable Living Trusts, GST Trusts, Special Need Trusts, Elder Law and Medicaid Planning.

Amy holds a Masters of Law (L.L.M.) degree in estate planning from John Marshall Law School. She received her law degree from Tulane University School of Law and her Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Auburn University.

As a military spouse, Amy has gained first-hand knowledge of the perils of failing to properly plan for one's incapacitation or death and the toll it takes on families and businesses. She prides herself on developing long-lasting relationships with her clients in order to develop tailor-made estate plans based on their specific family and business needs.

When she is not working, Amy is busy running her four kids to practices, school and church events at Sacred Heart Cathedral and cheering on her Auburn Tigers with her husband Mike.
