Biography

Kramer Litvak is a board certified tax attorney practicing with the firm of Litvak Beasley Wilson & Ball, LLP and is AV rated by Martindale.com.  Kramer holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in taxation from the University of Florida College of Law.  He received his law degree from Mercer University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington & Lee University.  Prior to attending law school, Kramer worked as a Legislative Assistant to United States Representative Earl Hutto.

Kramer was admitted to the Georgia Bar and the Florida Bar in 1992.  He concentrates in the areas of tax law, business acquisitions, commercial transactions, business law, estate planning, asset protection planning, probate, trust administration, and real estate.  He is a past member of the Florida Bar's Grievance Committee for the 1st Judicial Circuit.  Kramer was the 2003/2004 president of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association and is past president of the Young Lawyers Section of the local bar.  Kramer is also past president of the Northwest Florida Estate Planning Council.

Kramer's community service activities include being the past President of the Northwest Florida YMCA, serving as past attorney for the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Pensacola Junior College Foundation board of governors, and a past member of the board of directors of the Northwest Florida Community Foundation, Inc.

Kramer is a graduate of the Leadership Pensacola Class of 1996, and is a member of other professional associations, including the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and the Tax Section of the Florida Bar.
