Kramer Litvak and
Robert Beasley formed Litvak and Beasley, LLP, in 2001;
Paul Wilson joined the firm to form Litvak Beasley & Wilson, LLP in 2003. Since its founding, the firm as grown to eleven attorneys and legal staff. Our attorneys have in excess of 50 years of combined legal experience.
Litvak Beasley & Wilson concentrates on the business, real estate, and personal needs of our individual and corporate clients. Our commercial litigators concentrate in business, construction, contract, trademark, and real estate litigation. Our trial team practices before all state courts in Florida and Alabama, as well as federal courts.
The firm's tax group includes a board certified tax attorney and advises clients concerning estate planning, corporate transactions, 1031 tax-free exchanges, IRS and DOR controversies, asset protection planning, and business acquisitions and mergers.
Litvak Beasley & Wilson's real estate department handles both residential and commercial closings: An attorney performs each closing. The real estate department also provides representation in contract negotiation, closing services, condominium documentation, title issues, land use and zoning representation, and development services. In 2005, the firm's real estate department closed in excess of $100 million worth of real estate closings.
